When I get dejected I tend to stand upright and don't rotate my shoulders.
When opponents attack my serve for a return winner, I start to loose my service rhythm and make service errors.
After a long rally, how long does it take for me to catch my breath? or how long does it take my heart rate to recover? Do I even know how long or do I just play at my opponent's pace? It took probably 15-25 seconds while playing Richard. I should take that time rather than let my opponent dictate the start of the next rally.
How many rallies does it take for me to get into a groove? It can take up to 5-7 points with 3-5 rallies per point to warm up. Playing 3.0 - 3.5 is hard to warm up, because the rallies are so short.
I have to warm up rotating my shoulders, upper body, arms and eyes too!
How do I concentrate and focus from the first rally? I have to exaggerate my head turn and crouch?
As I become increasingly tired, I try to pump up some energy and as a result I get a little frantic with my shot and loose timing on the point of contact.
Richard suggests I get a heart rate monitor and see what my average heart rate and optimal heart rate for playing are. Playing squash requires raising your heart rate quickly to optimal playing and then recover quickly to a calm and relaxed state of steady heart rate.
Good footwork and reaction means fast off the feet and fast racquet preparation, but slow on the swing while remaining still and deliberate on the racquet follow through.
I get too close to the wall, lose track of the ball, lose sense of the ball's orientation to my shoulder when the ball comes high off the side wall.
I remember to arch to the short ball only 50% of the time.
I remember to stay away from the corner on 20-30% of the time.

When I'm feeling too winded or tired to hustle for the next ball like today with Richard, I can regroup. I need to take a long breath, wipe my hand on the wall, think about exaggerating my head turn and crouching to watch the ball. Move in slow motion, stand still, hit as late as possible and the shot will be good quality. The good quality shots will give me the time back and bring me back into my breathing and heart rhythm. I rallied back from 0-7 to 6-7.
