Yesterday I played a flawless match. Winning 11-6, 11-6, 11-4. I was composed, focused, and calm. I saw the ball's path clearly through its entirely rally. I didn't think of anything else. There was a low level of anxiety throughout, but I played without distraction. I didn't have that thought, 'I'm in trouble now because I won the first game!' I really held tough mentally and not let negative thoughts in.
I want to repeat that for tomorrow's match and I will!
