Looking like you feel

Something dawned on me today. I was looking at some photos I took of the Decathlon team competition and I noticed the players looked like their whole body was in motion. When I looked at a photo of myself playing squash.  I look like only my right arm was participating.

In another twist, I saw myself in the mirror riding the stationary bike last week and I noticed that I looked as if I wasn't pedaling very fast even though I felt like I was peddling as fast as I can.

This tells me that I don't look like I'm putting in the effort that I feel. Or more accurately, I'm not putting in as much effort as I think I feel.

I am going to put my whole body into the game from now on, and I need to put in a lot more effort to get past the lethargic feeling.  This means, my left arm and hand are moving, my torso is rotating, and my legs are bending and my ankles are lifting me on my toes!
