Latest training day

Court sprints are up to 4. I want to shoot for 10.

Straight drives are still less consistent on the forehand than the backhand.  I still have trouble holding until the ball intersect my shoulder plane.  I have a tendency to hit it too early when I'm ready, and too late when my preparation is slow.

Another reason why my drives start to breakdown after a little while is because I stop bending down to hit the ball at the proper height.  I don't know if it's mental concentration or something physical.

Keep practicing I guess.
