Getting the drives straight

More effort today to get the drives to go straight - breaking the wrist, bending the knees, and being square to the wall.  The height of the ball should be at the waist too!

On a good note, I completed 3 20 lengths court sprints all within 1 minute each!

And I did 10 minute intervals on the stationary bike.
