Adding to the training regiment
I did my first set of court sprints today following Richard's suggestions. I did sets of 20 sprints under one minute with a minute break in between. I was only able to do one set under 1 minute. The second set exceeded 1 minute, so I stopped. The next time I do court sprints, I will try to complete more than 2 sets.
