Training for the new year

Today was the first track run of the new year. My 1600 meter time for intervals was 10'45", quite a bit longer than my last time of 8'25".  Still, it was a good start because it was mentally easier than prior runs.  I had no difficulty concentrating on the run and did not once felt the urge to stop before it was completed.

Next up will be the 20 court sprints under 1'.
