What to work on next

I think about 5.0 and how I have to train to play that level.  I have to improve conditioning further so I can lunge for more volleys.  I have to practice dragging my foot so I can balance better for the recovery.  The court sprints are helping a lot to strengthen my knee for deeper lunges.  I did side steps during Richard's conditioning class where I began to drag my other foot for better balance.  Stepping on the left is still awkward, but I was getting the hang of the right side.  I should add that drill into my court sprints.  Also, I need to be more aware of the other player's movement and position.  That will make shot selection more effective. Obviously I will need to have better deception.  Again I need better awareness of the other player's movements.
